YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Junior Account Executive, based in New York, you will bring your unique strengths to the Wholesale Team, helping us with daily sample tracking and aiding in the execution of Market. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Wholesale and other cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. The role will play a key part in coordinating business activities with the US WSL Sales team. The Junior Account Executive is a critical member of the commercial group and assists three critical functions of the wholesale business: Sales, Financial Planning and Customer Service. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
How You Bring It To Life
Sales
- Manage and support key specialty stores.
- Work with AE and buyers during showroom market appointments seasonally.
- Manage showroom set-up of all market materials (swatches, binders, sales books, boards, cancel lists, etc.) as well as work with the VM team.
- Support and execute Trunk Shows with each account.
- Support sales teams/buyers with assortment notes, swatches, images, NuOrder.
- Conduct weekly local store visits to major NY accounts to collect product feedback and monitor visual merchandising.
- Partner with AEs to manage web sample shipments for key accounts.
- Partner with Wholesale Planner to build and pull key reports.
- Partner with Wholesale Planner to provide insights on the replenishment program.
Customer Service
- Order entry support.
- Seasonal product and sample delivery tracking.
- PO management.
- Monitor availability of past season and back up merchandise in various EZCO warehouses.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3-5 years of wholesale/buying experience within fashion/ luxury goods industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics and merchandising KPIs.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, service-oriented, and deadline-oriented.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills.
- Ability to multi-task and support simultaneous projects.
- Knowledge of NuOrder is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

- The pay range for this position is $85,000K-$100,000K annually. The rate of pay is dependent on a candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
