The Role: DevOps Engineer

Become a key member of a global and fast-growing team. In this hybrid role based in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will work both remotely and on-site at our modern office.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, secure cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for fast software delivery
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to enhance system observability
  • Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts
  • Ensure security best practices across all infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to minimize downtime

Requirements

  • Expertise in cloud platforms, primarily GCP; AWS is an advantage
  • Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
  • Proficient in programming (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Track record in building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Elastic)
  • Solid networking knowledge including VPN, DNS, load balancing
  • Strong grasp of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve challenges

  • Experience working with Cloudflare
