Role Overview

The Professional Learning Facilitator at Zearn is pivotal in driving improvements in math education nationwide. This role empowers thousands of teachers and school leaders to effectively implement Zearn's programs through engaging, evidence-based professional learning experiences. The goal is to equip educators with the skills to maximize student success and foster a passion for math.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding professional learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, in an engaging and approachable manner to ensure partner schools and districts master Zearn Math implementation.
• Facilitate high-impact professional learning sessions nationwide, requiring national travel and flexibility for varied session times (early morning, evening, weekend, holiday) based on partner needs.
• Manage all training logistics, including coordinating travel, setting up demo accounts and materials, and reviewing prior session notes for thorough preparation.
• Utilize strategic questioning to engage participants, elicit insights, and deepen learning.
• Share Zearn's research and results to demonstrate how our approach accelerates learning and closes foundational skill gaps.
• Ensure all participant questions are answered clearly, leveraging Zearn resources during and after sessions, and collaborating with the Partnerships Team for follow-up.
• Capture and share detailed session outcome summaries to inform future partner engagements.
• Analyze feedback and survey data to continuously refine facilitation practices.
