Zazu Digital Talent is partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand dedicated to embedding AI capabilities across its ecommerce, performance marketing, and brand strategies. This pivotal role is not focused on prompt engineering but mandates the design and oversight of production-grade AI agents that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The Mandate

As an Artificial Intelligence Product Architect, you will design and oversee the development of three key internal AI agents:

• Website Optimisation and CRO Agent
• Performance Marketing and Growth Agent
• Brand Copywriter Agent

Each agent is designed to ingest real business data, generate prioritized recommendations or outputs, seamlessly integrate into existing workflows, and continuously improve based on live performance feedback.

What You Will Do

• Define the end-to-end AI architecture across multiple critical use cases.
• Map and integrate diverse data sources from analytics, paid media, CRM, and ecommerce systems.
• Design sophisticated orchestration logic and robust feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Translate overarching commercial growth objectives into precise, functional AI specifications.
• Oversee implementation to guarantee scalability, ensure proper governance, and achieve measurable impact.
• Directly embed AI capabilities into the operational workflows of various teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in building production-grade AI systems, ideally driven by large language models (LLMs).
• A strong understanding of data pipelines and comprehensive analytics infrastructure.
• Relevant experience within ecommerce, performance marketing, or consumer environments.
• The ability to operate effectively at both product and commercial levels, extending beyond mere technical execution.
• Sound judgment in making critical build versus buy decisions for AI solutions.
• Comfortable working autonomously and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
