AI-Native Software Engineer (.NET)
We're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer who uses AI as an integral part of software development—not just as a chatbot, but as a daily engineering partner. If tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding assistants are central to how you design, build, debug, test, and ship software, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build and enhance modern .NET applications.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
- Collaborate through pair programming and mob programming.
- Modernize and refactor existing applications using AI-assisted workflows.
- Write, review, test, and troubleshoot production-quality code.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a highly collaborative environment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices using Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
AI-Native Development Experience (Required)
You must have hands-on experience using AI coding tools as a core part of your daily engineering workflow. Experience with one or more of the following:
- Claude Code
- GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot
- Other modern AI-assisted development tools
You should be able to demonstrate how you've used AI to:
- Increase development speed and productivity
- Generate, refactor, and optimize code
- Improve testing and debugging
- Understand and modernize existing codebases
- Enhance collaboration during pair programming and mob programming
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with pair programming and/or mob programming
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
