IT Project Manager - US Remote
At Zarego, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As a pivotal link between our US-based stakeholders and our talented engineering teams in Latin America, you will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact software solutions. If you excel at navigating complex project lifecycles and fostering seamless communication across borders, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while balancing the demands of multiple projects.
- Act as the main bridge between Latin American development teams and US clients.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
- Monitor project budgets and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Promote and refine Agile best practices within the organization.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
- Startup Experience: Essential background working in fast-paced startup environments, managing rapid growth and evolving priorities.
- Multi-project Mastery: Proven track record of overseeing multiple simultaneous projects and keeping them on track.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and technical concepts.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead distributed teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Tooling Proficiency: Expert-level use of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 - C2) is a must.
- Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in one of the following cities: New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston.
