About the Digital Marketing Associate Role
Shopbop and Zappos, both Amazon subsidiaries, are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs. This role involves supporting paid SEM, social, and affiliate channels while managing and improving the creative briefing process.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support launch of new strategies across brand and performance marketing channels
- Oversee the creative briefing process and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage asset and copy distribution
- Maintain the promotional calendar for paid media ensuring agencies receive timely details
- Execute COOP and brand partnership campaigns
- Create creative recaps for the creative and editorial teams
- Review previews of ads ensuring adherence to business best practices
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to cross-functional teams
- Conduct competitive studies and distill insights
- Manage cross-channel status meetings and define agendas for project kick-offs
- Collaborate with teams across influencer, editorial, creative, and organic social channels
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of non-internship professional marketing experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, start-ups, advertising, and/or commercial agency experience. Familiarity with generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. Ability to identify opportunities for generative AI in enhancing products, workflows, or customer experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is between 66,300.00 and 113,700.00 USD annually. The total package includes sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
