The Role

This role focuses on evolving Zapier's platform for the AI transformation market. The Sr. Product Manager - Chat & Knowledge will assess the current chat and knowledge products — including our Chatbots product and the chat-based experience inside Agents — and drive decisions on consolidating them into a coherent future experience.

• Own strategy from current state to clarity
• Work with multiple stakeholders to secure buy-in
• Build business cases and success metrics
• Balance speed with protecting customer outcomes
• Communicate clearly across teams and leadership

About You

You are experienced with AI or conversational products. You have shipped user-facing AI products such as chatbots or knowledge tools and are comfortable driving decisions in complex organizational settings with ambiguous information.

You are pragmatic, outcome-driven, and effective in remote, asynchronous communications.

You are available for team meetings between 10am - 5pm ET at least 3 days per week.
