Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales leads the Enterprise Sales team to sell our AI Orchestration platform to customers globally. Targeting enterprises with 1-5k employees, you will drive net new logos and expansion, ensuring revenue targets are exceeded.
Things You’ll Do
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to acquire and expand enterprise accounts.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent while fostering excellence and accountability.
- Coach your team through regular feedback, deal reviews, and career planning.
- Partner across Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver strategic solutions.
- Build executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor for customers.
- Drive sales operations and forecasting using tools like HubSpot with data-informed reporting.
- Contribute to the enterprise sales strategy, refining processes and playbooks.
About You
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on AI or automation solutions.
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing Enterprise sales teams.
- Proven record of closing large enterprise deals with a consultative sales approach.
- Operationally strong with robust pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent communicator comfortable with technical and business audiences alike.
- Curious about AI and automation with a builder’s mindset for new challenges.
