Role Responsibilities
You will manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top talent. Your role involves:
- Managing 5-10 requisitions and making 3+ hires/month
- Experimenting with sourcing strategies including AI and automation tools
- Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Leveraging data to meet time to hire and fill KPIs
- Supporting diversity hiring and inclusive interview practices
About You
You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles. You are data-driven, resourceful, and highly comfortable with AI tools. You excel in remote environments and provide an exceptional candidate experience while driving hiring outcomes.
Additional Information
Travel up to 5%-10% for company summits across North America. Zapier is remote-first, fostering a culture based on transparency, diversity, and inclusion.
