Role Overview

  • Manage the customer content library and drive continuous optimization.
  • Launch and manage customer review and reference programs.

About You

  • 5+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, or related role.
  • Skilled storyteller and copywriter with experience in campaign-ready messaging.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Data-savvy and driven by customer connections.
  • Proficient with AI, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
