About the Role
You will work across teams on projects such as shared libraries, evaluation systems, orchestration patterns, and user-facing features. This role requires integrating large language models (LLMs) into production environments, establishing cost observability, and partnering with data and cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate LLMs into software products ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop tooling and infrastructure for AI product iteration.
- Monitor performance and health of AI systems to proactively solve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and deploy features.
- Balance speed and quality in code for customer-focused enhancements.
About You
You bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in distributed, scalable cloud applications and have hands-on experience with LLMs and related technologies like transformer networks and retrieval-augmented generation systems. You are comfortable with Python, TypeScript, and modern backend practices, and you understand trade-offs in the development process.
