We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our foundational Upmarket Sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in selling Zapier’s cutting-edge Automation platform offerings to customers globally, with a specific focus on companies ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 employees. Success in this position requires a proven ability to build pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels, skillfully navigate sales to both executive buyers and technical end-users, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Engineering, Demand Generation, and RevOps. You will take full ownership of program outcomes, driving revenue and shaping Zapier's expansion into the enterprise market.

About You
- You bring 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations at the mid-market level.
- You have a strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level software deals over $100K and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- You possess a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier, capable of explaining their importance in modern tech ecosystems.
- Naturally curious about AI, you regularly experiment with different AI tools to boost efficiency in your work or personal life.
- Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance, credibly.
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to quickly develop and navigate senior-level relationships.
- You thrive amidst ambiguity and are driven by a strong personal initiative.
- You have experience using AI tooling or are eager to dive in, learn fast, and deepen your understanding to explore new tools and workflows.
Things You’ll Do
- Drive revenue for Zapier, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through close.
- Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Navigate complex multi-party sales, building trust through consultative conversations with executives.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership to craft strategic adoption plans for customers.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting within Hubspot.
- Provide valuable recommendations to product teams, influencing the Enterprise roadmap.
