Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Emerging Sales team. You will be responsible for selling Zapier’s Automation platform offerings to customers globally. The role involves working with companies having 250-999 employees, building a pipeline through inbound and outbound channels, and engaging with both executive buyers and technical end users.
About You
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in horizontal SaaS sales
- Proven track record closing SMB and Mid-Market deals over $50K
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tech stack efficiency
- Curious about AI and adept at using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building
Things You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle through close
- Understand customer needs and uncover pain points
- Manage consultative sales conversations with executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, RevOps)
- Forecast revenue and manage sales activity in Hubspot
- Provide product recommendations for influencing enterprise roadmap
- Opportunity to partner with customers for AI systems and scalable workflows
- Evangelize Zapier’s enterprise-ready approach to the market
