Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) is seeking talented Architecture Assistants / Designers to join our innovative team.
1. Outstanding Design Capabilities
We are looking for individuals with exceptional aesthetic sensitivity, spatial imagination, and formal innovation skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently conducting design research and completing systematic design work, from conceptual sketches to modeling and visualization, under guidance. A strong comprehension and adaptability are essential, with the ability to integrate into ZHA’s unique design philosophy and approach.
2. Advanced Modeling and Digital Skills
Proficiency in Maya, Rhinoceros 3D, and Grasshopper is required, including the ability to efficiently execute complex surface modeling and parametric logic development. Candidates should also be skilled in at least one rendering engine (e.g., Enscape, D5) and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce compelling visual work.
3. Professional Background and Competencies
Excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively are crucial. The portfolio must clearly demonstrate comprehensive design and modeling abilities, along with a thoughtful design process. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to ensure efficient collaboration within our international team.
