Job Purpose

We are looking for a high-performing, independent, and commercially savvy FP&A Manager (Parental Cover) to join our International Operated Markets (IOM) Finance team. This role partners across four key markets (UK, France, Canada, Germany) to lead cost base management, provide financial insights, and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-market financial processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting.
• Perform advanced variance and trend analysis, delivering actionable insights.
• Develop robust financial models with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Serve as a virtual advisor to stakeholders across CAD, FR, UK, and DE.
• Create dashboards & KPI monitoring tools for effective performance tracking.
• Prepare management reporting packs for leadership reviews.
• Optimize financial processes using improvements and technology integration.
• Collaborate across time zones and adjust working hours as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or equivalent finance roles.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, TM1, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication for storytelling and influencing decisions.
• Ability to build virtual relationships and work across diverse geographies.
• Location eligibility: London, UK or Toronto, Canada with remote/hybrid flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications & Working Relationships

Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA are preferred. The role interacts with senior leadership, FP&A teams, and various finance and culture teams across Pizza Hut IOM and Yum! Brands.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Restaurant Support Centre in Central London or Toronto, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Occasional travel to franchisee offices and special events is expected.
