Overview
The People & Culture Business Partner at Yum! Brands is a trusted advisor to senior leaders in GETS, Cyber, and Global Restaurant Technology Operations. The role focuses on translating people strategies into practical execution, building organizational capability, and leading change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on talent and organizational decisions.
- Coach leadership teams on people strategy execution.
- Translate enterprise people strategies into actionable plans.
- Drive workforce planning, talent review, and succession planning.
- Develop data-informed engagement and recognition programs.
- Support and mentor junior People & Culture Business Partners.
People Operations & Change Leadership
Execute People & Culture Center of Excellence strategies by leading implementation of learning, culture, and engagement programs. Utilize talent and business data to inform organizational development and collaborate on global People & Culture initiatives.
Key Partnerships
Maintain direct business partner relationships with GETS, Cyber, and GRTO Leadership Teams. Work indirectly with D&T PCBPs, PCDs, and COE leaders across Yum! Brands.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a Business Partner role.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and leading workforce planning.
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations and organizational change.
- Strong business partnering, influencing skills and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with HR systems, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Salary & Bonus
Salary Range: $110,500 - $129,900 with eligible bonus.
