About the Role
The Director of Product Marketing will lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the flagship YouScience Brightpath platform. This role is high-visibility for a strategic, hands-on leader at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead GTM strategy: Develop and execute launch plans, campaigns, and enablement initiatives with Product and Revenue teams.
- Own product positioning: Craft clear value propositions and narratives for diverse buyer personas.
- Drive storytelling: Create compelling stories, case studies, and use cases that connect product features to customer benefits.
- Activate customer research: Manage Customer Advisory Board, Win/Loss analysis, and influencer briefings.
- Enable the sales team: Provide persona-based training, messaging guides, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead competitive analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor moves to refine differentiation strategies.
- Influence product strategy: Offer market insights, customer feedback, and pricing recommendations to shape the product roadmap.
- Establish best practices: Build scalable frameworks and repeatable processes for future growth.
- Manage product launches: Communicate product feature updates and launches consistently.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in Product Marketing for SaaS, software, or technology products.
- Proven track record in driving adoption, usage, and measurable impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in GTM strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills with ability to leverage data and market insights.
- Education technology marketing experience is a plus.
