About the Paid Research Participant Developer Role at YourFocus
YourFocus is seeking talented software developers and engineers for freelance paid participation in research projects on our platform, Focus. This unique opportunity allows you to create an AI Self of your personality on our secure platform and license it for research to a panel of reputable companies vetted by Focus.
You will receive licensing proceeds directly from these reputable companies and maintain complete control over your personal data, only providing information you are comfortable with during the personality assessment.
Ethical AI Use at YourFocus
YourFocus is committed to the ethical use of AI, ensuring:
- Protection of Data: Your AI Self will always be anonymized before being made available for research projects. You retain total control and can request a data usage report if required.
- Fair Compensation: You will be compensated for every use of your AI Self.
How It Works
- Apply by signing up to Focus.
- You will complete a short screener questionnaire (no longer than 2-3 minutes).
- You will receive an email with a link to build your AI Self.
- Once complete, YourFocus will verify your AI Self. If it passes all minimum requirements, you will be compensated with a voucher, and next steps will be provided.
