Your Software Supplier operates a global software ecosystem and marketplace, dedicated to supporting companies by providing free assistance in building websites, applications, and various software solutions. We aim to be a comprehensive, one-stop shop for all software needs.
Our presence is both online and offline. The online platform, www.yoursoftwaresupplier.com, serves an estimated 1,800+ software clients annually. Offline, we maintain a strong foothold across European, Asian, and American markets through an extensive global network of over 228 partners.
About the Co-Founder Role
To fuel the continued growth of Your Software Supplier, we are actively seeking multiple Co-Founders globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for contributing significantly to the overall vision, mission, and targets of the company. The selection process will involve co-creating a specific role plan tailored to your unique strengths, knowledge, experience, and network. Below is an overview of key responsibilities that may be included:
- Spreading awareness and promoting Your Software Supplier.
- Establishing strategic partnerships within the global startup ecosystem.
- Networking with entrepreneurs and various organizations.
- Managing specific aspects of operations.
- Sourcing software leads for websites, apps, and other solutions.
- Building and managing a network of Referral Partners to generate software leads.
- Developing and launching innovative new services.
- Supporting the achievement of the overall vision, mission, and targets.
Requirements for a Co-Founder
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to achieve tangible results.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or business development.
- A strong 'winner mentality'.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Experience with remote working environments.
- Availability of a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Joining as a Co-Founder offers significant performance-based compensation opportunities:
- Bonuses up to £77,250 (€88,000) annually for achieving personal milestones.
- 18% profit sharing, capped at £540,766 (€622,000) per year.
- An additional 6% profit sharing, capped at £1,114,570 (€1,282,000) per year, after completing specific training.
- Up to £4,398 (€5,000) commission per deal generated by your Referral Partner team.
