Job Description

Management Traineeship Talent Program

Are you ready to take your next step and learn what you stand for, know what you can do, and do what suits you? If you have a maximum of two years of work experience and are looking for your first or next career step, our Talent Program is for you. Grow from a promising starter into a confident young professional with insight into your unique qualities and values.

What will you do?

Over two years, you will complete an average of three assignments at different organizations. Our clients range from established companies and government institutions to innovative scale-ups. In all these varied roles and contexts, you will be the constant factor. You will learn by doing and experiencing what suits you while achieving great results as a professional for our clients.

Extensive training program!

During the traineeship, you will join your trainee team for inspiring training sessions on self-awareness, professional skills, and substantive expertise. This ranges from consultancy skills to boxing as a mirror for behavior, facilitating meetings and workshops, to having courageous conversations. Additionally, there are elective training courses and you will receive a personal development budget.

1-on-1 guidance and coaching

At the start, you will be paired with a Talent Manager: your coach throughout the traineeship. You will meet on average once a month, with sessions focusing on your personal and professional development. For example, how to handle a challenging situation on your assignment or how to take that important step with more confidence.

The Talent Program is for you if you are:

  • Fond of variety
  • Open to development
  • Curious about content
  • Not afraid of a challenge
  • Enterprising and proactive
  • A true connector

What do you bring?

  • A completed university master's degree
  • Maximum two years of (full-time) work experience
  • Good Dutch communication skills (minimum level C1)

With personal and substantive guidance, we help you gain insight into your strengths, pitfalls, and how to make an impact in a way that suits you. We believe in the power of healthy ambition and encourage you to show yourself, with all your qualities and uniqueness. You will work in an environment where learning and experimenting are central, supported by intensive coaching and a close-knit team of fellow trainees.
