Job Description
Human Resources Intern
Young & Franklin Tactair is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support various HR functions. This on-site position offers flexibility around academic commitments, aiming for full-time hours during the summer and part-time during the academic year. The pay range for this internship is $20 - $22 per hour.
Responsibilities May Include
- Assist with training administration using ADP’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support recruiting efforts, including contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with offers.
- Conduct compensation structure benchmarking.
- Audit employee files for required policy acknowledgements.
- Assist with internal HR audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Leadership, or a related field.
- Must be a US Person or eligible for export authorization.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with basic project management, including identifying milestones, overcoming obstacles, and managing projects to completion.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
