The Role
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will own and improve the end-to-end funnel that delivers financing to SMEs. This role is perfect for an execution-focused individual who will make a measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and merchant experience.
- Own funnel performance from application to funding.
- Pilot initiatives including A/B experiments and conversion optimization.
- Define and track operational KPIs to drive improvements.
- Implement cross-departmental strategic initiatives.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts.
Who You Are
You bring 2+ years of experience in consulting, fintech, or analytical operational roles. You are highly analytical, comfortable with SQL and Excel, and possess outstanding communication skills. You are a natural change agent, proactive, and passionate about process optimization.
