About the Role
The Senior Brand Designer will join the Design Team and oversee all external brand surfaces including websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral. This role emphasizes autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to shape how the world sees You.com.
Responsibilities
- Design responsive web experiences while upholding brand consistency and UX standards.
- Create and manage reusable components and templates for streamlined maintenance.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver cohesive visual experiences.
- Document design standards and contribute to evolving the brand across channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in brand design with a strong portfolio of responsive websites.
- Experience with content management systems, UX/UI patterns, and design systems.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Ability to interpret user research and apply data-driven design decisions.
- Commitment to accessibility and responsive design principles.
