Job Overview
The Junior Service Desk Specialist at Yondu, Inc. provides first-level support by answering queries and resolving hardware and software related issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze support requests 24/7
- Research, document, and resolve software/hardware issues
- Provide exceptional phone and email support
- Log and escalate tickets via SNOW
- Manage incidents according to SLA
- Prepare reports and follow up on user issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Troubleshooting skills in incident management
- Experience with ticketing systems (SNOW)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Unix commands
- Willingness to work in Globe Pioneer Mandaluyong
