About the Role

The Corporate Development Analyst will join an experienced group of development and investment professionals. In this role, you will build and simplify financial models to maximize project value for customers and colleagues alike. You will become an integral part of a rapidly growing business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce and own various financial and development models for Yondr projects.
  • Develop presentation materials for senior management, board members, financial institutions, and joint venture partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends.
  • Perform investment appraisal and financial analysis of developments.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives and pricing proposals.
  • Assist in commercial negotiations with strategic partners or customers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Finance background from investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 corporate finance, or transaction services.
  • Strong desire to learn about digital infrastructure trends and dynamics.
  • Experience in financial modelling and investment appraisals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Flexible, dynamic, self-motivated, and results driven with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and add value.
