Candidates with experience in government or institutional settings, familiar with manual, form-based, and paper-heavy administrative systems, will find this work particularly relevant.
Your Profile
- Academic / Professional Background: Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related fields.
- Legal Experience: Hands-on experience with legal documentation and workflows such as drafting, reviewing, filing, summarizing, organizing records, and matter management.
- Institutional / Government Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with structured, paper-heavy legal environments like courts, municipalities, ministries, agencies, universities, hospitals, or NGOs.
- Document Precision: Ability to identify and clearly explain inconsistencies in dates, parties, defined terms, citations, numbering, and cross-references.
- English Proficiency: Minimum B2 English level for understanding guidelines, drafting rationales, and async collaboration.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable applying detailed rubrics, spotting edge cases, and maintaining decision consistency across large volumes of work.
- Tools Comfort: Proficient with Word/Google Docs and PDFs; experience with redlining/track changes is a plus.

- Evaluate & Rank AI Responses: Review, compare, and score AI outputs for legal accuracy, completeness, clarity, and guideline compliance; provide concise written rationales.
- Precise Legal Data Annotation (Manual → Digital): Extract and enter information from paper-based / scanned legal records (forms, registers, case notes, templates) into structured digital formats, flagging ambiguity, inconsistencies, and missing elements.
