We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to join YO IT Consulting. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing and evaluating AI models by delivering high-quality data, constructive feedback, and specialized domain insights. You will collaborate closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their performance across diverse tasks, including language, reasoning, coding, and domain-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Train AI models through the creation, review, and refinement of prompts and responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
• Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks.
• Provide essential feedback to enhance model performance and minimize errors.
• Adhere strictly to project guidelines and maintain superior quality standards.
• Document findings and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (e.g., CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Proficiency in working with various tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Domain expertise in areas such as coding, mathematics, language, or finance.
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
