About the YMCA of Greater Toronto

The YMCA of Greater Toronto is a charity dedicated to igniting potential, fostering growth, and enabling community contributions. We are committed to employee development and are recognized as a great place to work, offering meaningful roles that impact individuals and community health. Joining the Y means being part of over 170 years of service, providing opportunities through health, fitness, child care, camps, employment, immigrant services, education, and youth/family/senior programs. Our 'Greater Together' strategic plan (2025–2030) focuses on building healthier, more connected communities. We champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, striving to remove employment barriers and valuing diverse staff. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including racialized people, Indigenous Peoples, disabled people, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. We provide accommodations during the recruitment process if needed.
