Role Overview: Technical Support Specialist

This role supports the Signals web app for enterprise customers by triaging and resolving product issues and turning customer insights into actionable improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, application, and data engineering.

  • Monitor tickets via Intercom and Jira.
  • Reproduce and debug issues using dev tools and SQL.
  • Maintain entitlements and ensure account hygiene.
  • Run data quality checks after monthly updates.
  • Document runbooks and update knowledge base articles.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Frontline triage and resolution of issues.
  • Use browser dev tools, logs and basic SQL for debugging.
  • Verify account settings and manage entitlements.
  • Conduct smoke tests and validate key metrics.
  • Monitor dashboards and escalate incidents appropriately.
  • Create and update user-facing help content and runbooks.
  • Participate in UAT and release readiness for new features.
