Role Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager - Corporate at YipitData, you will focus on managing relationships with key brand and retail clients. You will become an expert in understanding client challenges, drive adoption and value through our solutions, and collaborate with Account Executives, Product teams, and Solutions partners to secure favorable renewals and commercial success.

  • Drive client engagement and high-touch relationship management.
  • Develop and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product expertise and client needs.
  • Support high-stakes decision-making for top-tier clients.

What You Will Bring

A minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience, a proactive approach to client success, and the ability to manage a high-volume account base. You must be both a self-starter and a team player with a passion for driving value and understanding strategic client needs.
