The Role
As a Client Strategy Manager, Corporate, you will manage relationships with key brand and retail customers. You will use your product expertise to drive client engagement, adoption, and value realization while collaborating with Account Executives and Solutions partners to foster commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Own and cultivate client relationships and deliver actionable insights.
- Act as a trusted resource and thought partner for client needs.
- Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
- Develop rapport with key decision-makers and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build best-in-class practices.
