About SpendHound
SpendHound is a free software renewal management platform and service launched by YipitData. It offers a comprehensive view of software applications, contract management, renewal reminders via email and Slack, and free procurement advice, helping companies save time and money.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative at YipitData, you will be a key growth driver for SpendHound products in the Spend Management space. Your role involves outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to create interest among Finance, Operations, and IT leaders. This position is remote-friendly but aligns with our US office hubs including NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle.
- Utilize multiple communication channels (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Generate interest and book meetings with decision makers.
- Develop and refine outbound messaging and sales strategies.
- Work closely with Sales Development and Sales leadership teams.
- Gain exposure to modern sales technology platforms like Salesforce, Groove, and others.
