Overview
The Team Member IS Risk at YES BANK is responsible for risk and compliance management in digital payments and card security. This role involves submission of IFMMC MIS, coordination for IFMMC meetings, counterparty risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Submit IFMMC MIS and coordinate IFMMC meetings.
- Manage counterparty risk exposure and compliance for Financial Market Dealers.
- Compute risk/exposure reports as part of FMMO/FMO functions.
- Handle compliance submissions, guideline clarifications, and audit query resolutions.
- Perform internal audits of counterparty risk and vendor risk assessments.
- Drive PCI DSS compliance across business and technology.
- Collaborate with various teams for system and process updates according to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain records for multiple audits including internal, IS, IT and statutory audits.
- Stay updated on digital payments security standards and industry developments.
Minimum Qualifications
6-12 years in Information Technology, with 4-6 years specifically in managing card security in a bank or IT managed service. Graduate/Post-graduate in IT or Computer Science with relevant PCIDSS certifications. Professional certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, PCI DSS – QSA, and ISO 27001:2013.
