Relationship Manager - Mid Corporates

YES BANK is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Mid Corporates (MC) team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers between ₹500 Cr to ₹1500 Cr, ensuring portfolio hygiene, and actively cross-selling financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-bank clients in the medium enterprise segment (₹500 Cr to ₹1500 Cr turnover). Identify opportunities through market intelligence, references, and industry networking.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Credit Note Preparation: Perform financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes for clients. Evaluate risk and structure proposals according to bank policies.
  • Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals. Align client financial needs with product offerings.
  • Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation, and monitoring of early warning signals. Maintain asset quality and minimize delinquencies.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities for products like trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions.
