Job Description
Join our team as a Digital Advertising Sales Associate. In this role, you will engage prospective customers via both warm and cold leads, discuss their digital marketing needs, and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales professional who is highly organized, digitally savvy, and eager to learn and adapt.
Working Hours & Compensation
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm; Friday: 8.30am - 4pm; No weekends!
Base Salary: £26,000 with uncapped commission. OTE up to £50,000 per annum.
Remote based - Start date: 6th October.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key opportunities and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end process from recommendation to client onboarding.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams for effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, offering actionable, data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new advertising technologies.
- Deliver comprehensive client reporting and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Essential: Minimum 12 months sales experience (B2B/B2C), exceptional written and verbal communication skills, customer-centric approach, resilience, target orientation, adaptability, and a digital literacy.
Desirable: Proven success in high-volume sales, expertise in cold outreach and digital advertising sales, knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, and familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, plus proficiency in analytics and tracking tools.
