Our AI agents enable companies to manage complex customer conversations at scale, combining LLMs, conversational orchestration, and business integrations. We support major clients in transforming their customer relations through AI. As part of our growth, we are recruiting an AI Project Manager to lead a strategic account and ensure the smooth operation and evolution of deployed virtual agents.

Your Mission

You will be the conductor on the Yelda side for a major client, ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of AI agents in production. Your role will combine: operational piloting (run) of conversational agents, identification and implementation of evolutions, daily client relations. We are looking for a highly proactive individual, capable not only of managing client requests but also of regularly proposing improvements and new features.

Your Responsibilities

AI Agent Run Management

• Monitor the performance of conversational agents in production.
• Analyze conversations and identify areas for improvement.
• Prioritize functional optimizations.
• Ensure service quality and continuity.

Evolution Management

• Gather and define evolution needs.
• Write functional specifications.
• Lead implementation with technical teams.
• Monitor production deployments.

Client Relations

• Be the main client contact for operational matters.
• Lead regular follow-up meetings.
• Present performance analyses and recommendations.

Proactive Proposal

• Continuously identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose new features or optimizations.
• Anticipate client needs and suggest evolutions before they are requested.

Desired Profile

Experience

• 3 to 4 years of experience in digital project management.
• Previous experience on projects involving generative AI or conversational agents.

Ideally Known Environments

• Chatbot/Callbot editors.
• B2B SaaS editors.
• AI specialized ESNs.
• Customer relations or conversational solutions.
