As part of our growth, we are recruiting an AI Project Manager to lead a strategic account and ensure the smooth operation and evolution of deployed virtual agents.Your Mission
You will be the conductor on the Yelda side for a major client, ensuring the smooth operation and evolution of AI agents in production. Your role will combine: operational piloting (run) of conversational agents, identification and implementation of evolutions, daily client relations. We are looking for a highly proactive individual, capable not only of managing client requests but also of regularly proposing improvements and new features.Your Responsibilities
AI Agent Run Management
- Monitor the performance of conversational agents in production.
- Analyze conversations and identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritize functional optimizations.
- Ensure service quality and continuity.
Evolution Management
- Gather and define evolution needs.
- Write functional specifications.
- Lead implementation with technical teams.
- Monitor production deployments.
Client Relations
- Be the main client contact for operational matters.
- Lead regular follow-up meetings.
- Present performance analyses and recommendations.
Proactive Proposal
