YASH Technologies Middle East is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer - Incident Management with 3-4 years of relevant experience in incident management, root cause analysis, process automation, and operational enhancements. The role involves managing distributed solutions focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Handle incident processes, escalation, and resolution.
  • Problem Management & RCA: Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
  • Operational Enhancements: Streamline workflows and introduce automation.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Set up alerts and proactive issue detection.
  • Runbook Management: Maintain standardized troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaboration: Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across teams.
  • DevOps Support: Support AWS cloud services integration and ITSM operations.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent with 4-6 years in IT operations, production support or related roles. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Incident/Problem Management.

  • Incident Management ownership
  • Strong ability in Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with workflow optimization and automation
  • Data Analytics and troubleshooting skills
