About The Role

The Mail Intelligence team seeks a Senior Product Manager Extractions & Summarizations to drive strategy, vision, and execution of Mail extractions and summarizations. The role centers on transforming the inbox into a personalized, intelligent platform by extracting structured information and delivering high-quality summarizations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering and research to design AI/ML systems.
  • Translate business goals to clear product requirements.
  • Ensure reliable, accurate, and extensible extractions.
  • Drive innovation in summarization capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, design, and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience in technical or AI/ML roles.
  • Proven record of shipping complex software products at scale.
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, including embeddings and MLOps.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with information retrieval and structured data extraction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Background in taxonomies and ontologies for structured data extraction.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
  • Experience building extraction pipelines or summarization systems.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

This position offers flexible hybrid work options. The compensation ranges from $120,750 to $251,250 per year, with potential bonus and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401k, and more.
