About the Role
Yahoo Ads is seeking a motivated Sales Operations and Strategy Specialist with a passion for data and organization. In this role, you will lead operational projects, manage dashboard development, analyze sales data, and improve the tools and processes that support the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Support projects from initiation to completion by defining scope, timelines, and tracking progress.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track sales performance and KPIs.
- Process Optimization: Document and optimize internal workflows for better efficiency.
- Tool Management & Strategy: Assist with CRM and sales tool onboarding, issue tracking, and strategic enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, analytical findings, and recommendations across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Account Management, Financial Operations, Data Analytics, and Monetization teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or analytics, a strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
