Your Day-to-Day
Working as an Order Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Legal, Revenue, and other teams.
- Review and interpret contracts ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams ensuring data integrity and quality standards.
- Train Sales and Account Management personnel on quality standards.
- Implement process improvements and support SOX and internal audits.
What We’re Looking For
You are detail oriented with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude. You have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash, and are proficient in basic accounting principles and auditing methods. Experience in using systems like Oracle, Salesforce, and Google Suite is a plus.
Work Environment & Shifts
This role requires flexibility with various shifts including early morning, late evening, and night shifts as part of a global shared services team. Yahoo offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with occasional on-site sessions.
