Job Description
Senior People Services Analyst at Xylem
Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day. As a leading water technology company with 23,000 employees operating in over 150 countries, Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world's most critical water challenges. We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.
Join the Build Phase of Xylem’s New HR HUB – Budapest. In 2026, Xylem will open a new HR HUB in Budapest, and we’re assembling an experienced team to shape its service culture and operational backbone. As a Senior People Services Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in how HR support is delivered across Europe—advising on complex issues, improving systems and processes, and ensuring every employee transaction is handled with clarity and precision.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for lifecycle transactions and policy interpretation. When Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams encounter issues that require seasoned judgment, you’ll step in—resolving cases, investigating data discrepancies, and guiding others through ambiguity. Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.
You’ll also help new colleagues get up to speed, strengthen SOP documentation, and represent the region in ongoing improvement initiatives. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll work closely with People Partners, CoEs, and business leaders. Your insights will help refine how we operate, where we invest in process changes, and how we use technology to build a scalable, efficient service model.
To Succeed Here, You’ll Bring
- A degree in HR/Business and significant experience in HR shared services or operations.
- At least 5 years working with European HR processes and compliance expectations.
- Confidence in Workday and case-management platforms.
- Fluency in English plus a second European language (French, Italian, Polish, or German).
- The ability to interpret policies, analyse data, and communicate complex topics clearly.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for improving how HR services are delivered.
This is a unique chance to apply your expertise in a start-up phase environment while leveraging the stability and global reach of Xylem. You’ll help build a new hub, shape service quality, and influence how HR operations function across Europe for years to come.
Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use. Our products impact public utilities, industrial sectors, residential areas, and commercial buildings, with a commitment to providing smart metering, network technologies, and advanced analytics for water, electric, and gas utilities. Partner with us in creating a world where water challenges are met with ingenuity and dedication; where we recognize the power of inclusion and belonging in driving innovation and allowing us to compete more effectively around the world.
