The Role: Channel Enablement Coordinator
The Channel Enablement Coordinator plays a key support role within the Distribution Sales team, ensuring an exceptional experience for Xylem’s distributors and channel partners across ANZ.
This role is based in Parramatta!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and follow-up of agreements, rebates, and incentive programs.
- Coordinate sales tools, product information, marketing activities, and training.
- Help plan and manage channel partner activities to keep everything on track.
- Improve processes by tracking results, solving issues, and working with teams to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and drive growth.
Skills And Experience
- Extensive experience in customer service in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven experience in administration roles and exposure to channel partner sales.
- Tertiary qualifications in the field of engineering or business are desirable.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed computer skills - Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
