The Ideal Candidate

You have a completed university degree or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or E-Commerce/Online Marketing. You possess at least 2-3 years of professional experience in content marketing. You are open-minded, a team player, and interested in SEO, UX, Content Marketing, and data-driven work. You are willing and motivated to learn new tools and technologies. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, or CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Coveo, SmartEdit) is an advantage. You work reliably and independently, ideally in a hybrid work model. You have analytical thinking skills. You have very good German and English language skills. Good French skills (B2 level) are a plus.

Your Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality content for the XXXLutz Online Shop Switzerland. Continuously optimize content for SEO and user experience. Operationally manage up-selling and cross-selling measures along the entire customer journey. Measurably increase website traffic, visibility, and conversion rates. Identify optimization potential for the webshop's digital presence and derive concrete e-commerce strategies. Use data-based insights for continuous online shop development. Collaborate closely with stakeholders like Digital Marketing and Product Management. Create targeted, SEO-optimized content tailored to customer needs in the digital environment.
