Your Profile

• With your holistic view, you develop long-term strategies for your categories and translate profound competitive, trend, and assortment analyses into concrete, effective measures.
• You bring at least 4 years of experience in E-Commerce Category Management and can demonstrate proven success in the strategic development of product categories.
• Your strong analytical skills and experience in advanced data analysis enable you to derive strategic insights and decisions from KPIs.
• You work independently, proactively, and drive the further development of your product groups and product presentation with innovative ideas.
• Your communication and leadership skills are excellent, and you are convincing in collaboration with stakeholders as well as at management level.
• Willingness to travel (national and international) is required.
• C1 language level in German is essential.

Your Responsibilities

• You take cross-country revenue and profit responsibility for one or more product categories and actively drive market expansion.
• In close coordination with purchasing and other interfaces, you ensure that key revenue and contribution margin figures are always monitored.
• You strategically analyze relevant KPIs, derive short- and long-term revenue drivers, and successfully implement sales-boosting measures.
• You develop the strategic direction of your categories regarding assortment, pricing, and product presentation, thereby securing competitiveness.
• You ensure the performance of new articles through targeted measures, reports, and processes, actively promoting their sales success.
• You are responsible for the independent planning, evaluation, and coordination of campaigns and proactively optimize the entire campaign process.
• As the main point of contact for purchasing, you manage all online shop inquiries and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• You assume the content-related leadership and development of Junior Category Managers and continuously build your team.

About XXXLdigital
