The BD Manager Europe Region at XT Exchange is responsible for orchestrating localized promotion strategies across the European crypto market. This role focuses on engaging high-potential crypto channels, agents, and KOLs to drive platform growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute localized promotion plans targeting crypto channels and agents across Europe.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regional partnerships and key influencers.
  • Collaborate with growth operations and regional partners to drive user acquisition and conversions.
  • Lead business development efforts to secure brand partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Achieve KPIs for user growth, trading activity, and market penetration in the EU region.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in business development within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
  • Fluency in English or Chinese; additional local language skills are a plus.
  • Established connections within crypto, futures, stocks, or financial communities in Europe.
  • Strong grasp of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and culture.
  • Flexible working hours to engage with global and regional crypto communities.
