About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Head to lead our expansion across the Caucasus, Central Asia, and neighboring strategic markets. This leadership role is responsible for driving regional growth through strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and commercial initiatives while strengthening the company's long-term presence across emerging gaming markets.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial execution with exceptional relationship-building skills and has experience working with technology parks, innovation agencies, investment funds, publishers, game developers, and enterprise partners.
This role requires someone who is comfortable building new markets from the ground up while delivering measurable business results. Willingness to travel extensively across the region is needed.
