Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows application development processes, including code review, test strategies, and CI/CD process standards.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from conception.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to formulate technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems within the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work effectively with global cross-functional teams, encompassing developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across globally distributed teams.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle, guaranteeing on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in mobile/Windows application development, with a strong emphasis on iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial mobile/Windows applications from concept to launch.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in mobile/Windows development frameworks and programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Go, and React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile/Windows architectural platforms.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a results-driven approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
