Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Director of Data & AI Platforms. In this role, you will transform raw data into a core enterprise asset through advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data team.
• Design a unified data architecture and scalable pipelines using Snowflake and modern frameworks.
• Drive data productization from curated datasets to predictive models.
• Manage budgets and oversee data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or data science.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role managing technical teams.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Spark, Coalesce, dbt, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven success in enterprise-level AI/ML initiatives and data governance.
