About the Role
XpertDirect is seeking an IT Service Delivery Engineer to support and evolve enterprise IT services for a large distributed organization. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, enhancing automation, and improving user experience across all services. This is a fully remote position, with the team based in Chicago, IL.
